NALF: Nucleic Acid Lateral Flow – Directly detects nucleic acids exploiting capture and labeled reporter oligonucleotide probes. In this kit the capture probe is immobilized to the nitrocellulose using a BSA conjugated barcode oligonucleotide complex while the detector nucleic acid is detected using a streptavidin gold conjugate.? Attogene offers custom capture oligonucleotide conjugation services to attached to the BSA carrier.? Chemically attaching the capture probe to BSA forms a more stable conjugate that can be sprayed or spotted for multiplex detection of targets.
The Nucleic Acid Lateral Flow (NALF) barcode test strips provide all the needed components required to run tests with complimentry hybridization probes.
Useful for optimizing the amount of labeled hybridization probe to obtain a signal in a lateral flow – “on strip” direct hybridization detection technique
Specially formulated and optimized “on strip” hybridization running buffer
Control capture probe and biotin labeled hybridization probes are included for verification of testing methods
50 blank strips and enough reagents to run 50 “on strip” hybridization tests.
