Gold Nanoparticle Streptavidin Conjugate
Our 40 nm gold nanoparticle streptavidin conjugate is engineered for high stability and consistent performance in lateral flow assays. The nanoparticles are functionalized with a proprietary surface chemistry that enables robust streptavidin attachment while maintaining colloidal stability under typical assay conditions.
Streptavidin retains high-affinity binding to biotin (Kd ~10⁻¹⁴–10⁻¹⁵ M), enabling rapid and reliable capture of biotinylated targets with minimal dissociation during assay runtime.
This formulation avoids many of the instability issues associated with passive adsorption-based conjugates, such as protein desorption and aggregation, resulting in improved shelf life and reproducibility.
