The “On Strip” Nucleic Acid Hybridization Lateral Flow Starter Kit provides all the needed components required to attach a biotinylated nucleic acid to a nitrocellulose membrane securly and run tests with complimentry hybridization probes.
Useful for optimizing the amount of FAM labeled hybridization probe to obtain a signal in a lateral flow – “on strip” hybridization technique
Specially formulated and optimized “on strip” hybridization running buffer
Control biotinylated capture probe and FAM labeled hybridization probes are included for verification of testing methods
100 blank strips and enough reagents to run 100 “on strip” hybridization tests.
